These are the blogging tools that we have used and are confident will be a good choice for others starting out.
SITEGROUND HOSTING
SiteGround is a hosting site that is perfect for beginners.
Many bloggers out there will tell you BlueHost is the one to start with, but our own personal experience tells us that SiteGround is much better. Switching from BlueHost to SiteGround shaved 2 seconds off our average page load time. TWO SECONDS! That’s a big deal when most readers will leave if a page doesn’t load within 2-3 seconds.
GRAMMARLY
As individual bloggers, we have to write and edit all of our own articles. Grammarly has helped a ton with catching spelling mistakes and simple grammatical errors that we wouldn’t have caught otherwise.
They have a free and paid option. The free version does all you need it to.
AFFILIATE MARKETING
When you start a blog you want to think about how you are going to monetize the blog. Whether you are starting a blog to make substancial income or not, you probably want it to at least pay for itself.
We already have a section for the recommended affiliate programs and networks.
Check out our recommend affiliate marketing networks/resources here.
